Steps

1
Done

In a bowl, take 350 grams of sliced pork and add ½ a cup of pound coriander root, garlic and pepper, 7 grams of tapioca flour, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 30 grams of oil, 60 grams of palm sugar, 3 tablespoons of oyster sauce and ¼ tablespoon of sweet soy sauce. Mix the ingredients well.

2
Done

Refrigerate the pork for at least 3 hours or overnight for the marination process. Please note that the more time you keep, the better will be the marination process.

3
Done

Also, do not forget to soak the skewers in water so that they do not burn or break when grilling the pork. When the pork is fully marinated, skewer the pork slices one by one and place them flat on a tray making sure the pieces overlap each other when laid flat. Keep going until you’re done.

4
Done

Place the pork skewers on the grill pan. Make sure you place a foil beneath the skewers so that you do not burn. Grill the skewers for 1.5 to 2 minutes and then flip over and again grill the other side for another couple of minutes.
Remove from the grilling pan and your sizzling grilled pork skewers are ready to be served.
