To begin with, first clean and dice 150 grams of shrimps in a mixing bowl. To this, add 300 grams of minced pork, 1 tablespoon of meat seasoning and then blend it into a paste using a hand blender until it forms a sticky and elastic texture.
Next, take 400 grams of steamed jasmine rice in a separate bowl and blend it so that the rice breaks down. Once done, add 1 litre of water in a saucepan and bring it to a boil.
Later, add 1 pork stock cube and stir the water until the stock dissolves completely. Next, add spoons of pork and shrimp paste in the stock one by one. Let the pork and shrimp balls to cook for a few minutes until they turn white. Stir the stock occasionally.
Once cooked, add the blended rice to the pan and mix everything together gently without breaking the shrimp and pork balls. Cook the rice porridge for another 5 minutes until it thickens.
Then, transfer the rice porridge to a bowl and garnish with chopped spring onions, grated ginger, fried garlic oil, coriander leaves and things as you desire.
