First of all, boil the potatoes and carrots in a medium-sized pot for 20-30 minutes until they are tenderized.
Next, boil the eggs in another pot for about 10 minutes. Once everything is boiled, peel off the eggs followed by the potatoes and the carrots. Cut everything into nice small cubes.
Also, cut the pickled gherkins and the boiled eggs and set aside. Place everything in a bowl and season it with salt and pepper to taste.
Add in the green peas and mayonnaise. Mix everything together gently and then place your salad on a plate. Serve and enjoy!
