1 Tbsp. Cumin Seeds
1 Tbsp. Sliced Onions
75g Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tbsp. Paprika
1 Tsp. Turmeric
1 Tsp. Coriander powder
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Chilli Peppers
1 Tbsp. Water
2 Tbsps. Chopped Tomatoes
75g Cashew Cream
2 Tbsps. Heavy Cream
3 Tbsps. Butter
2 Tbsps. Dried Chilli Powder
2 Bell Peppers

To begin with, make sure to heat the 50ml oil on the medium to low flame. Once the oil is hot, add 1 tablespoon of cumin seeds and cook until it releases its aroma. Be aware of not to burnt the cumin seeds.

Now, add 75 grams of chopped onions and sauté it well. Next, add 1 tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste and cook until it loses its raw aroma. To this, add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, 10 grams of chilli pepper, and mix the ingredients well.

Cook it for 1-2 minutes and then add 75 grams of chopped tomatoes and again cook it for 1-2 minutes. After this, add 2 tablespoons of cashew cream, 3 tablespoons of heavy cream and mix it well. Add 2 tablespoons of water and cook it for another 2-3 minutes. Keep it aside in a bowl.

Now, take another pan and add 2 tablespoons of melted butter to it. Once it is hot, add 3 dried red peppers to it until it changes its colour. Add another 75 grams of diced onions to it and cook it well until it turns golden brown.

Next, add 75 grams of bell pepper, 250 grams of paneer cubes and cook it well for a couple of minutes until the paneer changes its colour to a golden brown.

Next, add the cooked mixture to the paneer and mix it well so that all the cubes are coated evenly with the mixture. Cook it for another 2-3 minutes and then serve it hot with butter naan or garlic naan.
