To begin with, first, slice the shallots into thin pieces. Then, chop off the coriander leaves and the spring onions and set aside for later.
Then, heat enough water and roast the minced pork until cooked. Once cooked, turn off the heat.
Add in sugar, fish sauce, roasted sticky rice, chilli powder, lime juice, spring onions, and the chopped coriander leaves. Mix the ingredients together.
Later, add in the shallots, a few mint leaves and mix again. Once it is ready, serve the minced pork salad on a plate with some fresh vegetables as you like.
