1/2 Cup Green Bell Pepper Chopped
3 Garlic Cloves Chopped
Salt to Taste
Black Pepper to Taste
10 Oz. Tomatoes Crushed
4 Eggs As per the no. of servings
1/2 Cup Mozzarella
Cooking oil

HOW TO MAKE

Heat some oil in a pan, add ½ cup chopped yellow onions, green bell peppers and cook until the onions are translucent. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Mix it well.

Now, add 10 oz. of crushed tomatoes and mix it well. Cook for a couple of minutes and then turn off the heat. Put the mixture into 4 bowls.

After this, crack an egg into each bowl and then add sprinkle some mozzarella on top.

Then, bake the eggs at 425⁰ F (220⁰ C) for about 12-15 minutes. After 15 minutes, remove from the oven.
Your delicious Italian baked eggs are ready to be served!
