Next, add the grated garlic to the onions and cook it until the garlic paste loses its raw aroma. To this, add 1 teaspoon of red chilli flakes (optional), 1 teaspoon of coriander powder and some black pepper to taste. Mix the spices well. Add half a cup of water to prevent the spices from burning. Add salt to taste and cook the spice mixture well until the oil separates. |
