Grind the ingredients into a fine paste. Next, take a pan and add 4 tablespoons of oil to it. Once the oil is hot, put the grinded paste into it and cook for about 2 minutes. To this, add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste. Then, add half a teaspoon of curry powder followed by half a teaspoon of cumin powder. After that, add the cut cauliflower into it and mix it well. |

Also, add salt and black pepper to taste, about half a teaspoon each. Stir the cauliflower gently so that the cauliflowers are evenly coated with the spices. Then, add 1 teaspoon of coriander powder and then 1.5 cups of water. Cover the curry with a lid and cook it for about half an hour (30 minutes) on a medium flame. |
