Next, add 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic, 1 chicken stock cube or magic cube and fry until the chicken turns golden brown. Once it has changed its colour, add 5 cups of water to it and salt to taste. Next, take a few black peppers (kali mirch), green cardamoms (elaichi), star anises (chakra phool), nutmegs (jaiphal), cloves (laung) and mace (javitri), and grind them all together to a fine powder. |
