Ingredients

3 Sliced Fish (Mamsa)
1 Ripe Tomato
1 Stalk Spring Onions you can add more
2 Green Serrano Pepper
3 Cups Magic Sarap
1 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Magic Sarap or your favorite seasoning

Boil 3 cups of water in a pot and add in three fish slices (preferably Mamsa). Then, add in 1 tomato and let it boil.

Next, add in 2 green Serrano pepper and boil it covered for about 2 minutes. Remove the lid, and then add in salt and ½ a teaspoon of magic sarap for seasoning.
Stir it gently.

Now, add finger-long cut spring onions and boil for another half a minute. Keep it to cool down and serve it with rice.
