250 ml Milk
4 Eggs
60g Butter Melted
250g All-purpose Flour

1/4 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract

In a mixing bowl, take 250 grams of all-purpose flour. Add in 30 grams of caster sugar, ¼ teaspoon of salt and whisk it well. Keep it aside.

Next, take 4 eggs in a separate bowl, add 250 millilitres of milk, 125 millilitres of water, 60 grams of melted butter, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and whisk the mixture.

Now, pour the egg mix into the bowl of flour and whisk to combine the ingredients well. Keep it aside.

Now, heat a pan on a medium flame and add a tablespoon of butter. Once the butter melts completely, take one spoon of the egg and flour mixture and pour it into the pan. Rotate the pan in a circular motion to spread the mixture evenly forming a circular shape. Brown the bottom of the crepe and then flip over to brown it on the other side. Once cooked, remove from the pan.

Next, take 125 grams of butter in a bowl and add in 180 grams of salted caramel sauce to it. Blend it using a hand blender. Later, add in 125 grams of cream cheese, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and blend again to form a smooth and creamy sauce.

Now, it’s time for assembling the crepes. Take a crepe and spread a layer of caramel sauce evenly and then cover it with another crepe. Likewise, create layers of crepes and caramel sauce. Then, cut the crepes into small slices, place a slice on a plate and drizzle the salted caramel sauce over it and serve.
