Take a cup of cake flour and sieve it to avoid lumps. Then take 6 egg yolks in a bowl and keep their egg whites in a bowl. To this, add ½ a teaspoon of vanilla essence, ¼ cup of milk, ¼ cup of melted butter, and blend it well.
Next, add the mixture into the cake flour and mix it well. Keep it aside to set.
Next, to make the meringue, take the egg whites and blend it using a blender. Add 1/3 cup of sugar and ½ a teaspoon of tartar cream and blend it until it smoothens.
Then, mix a tablespoon of meringue with the cake flour and egg yolk mixture and mix it well. Then, add the whole mixture to the meringue and again stir it well.
Next, take a few margarines and grease it with butter. Fill them with mixture one by one. Bake the mamon in a preheated oven at 350⁰ F for about 10-12 minutes.
