First, dry roast the coriander and cumin seeds for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the heat and then pound them to a powder. Add the powder to a bowl of minced beef. Also, add in red chili flakes, garam masala, finely chopped coriander leaves, green onions, and chilies, minced garlic, and yellow or red onions. |
