Steps

1
Done

First, dry roast the coriander and cumin seeds for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the heat and then pound them to a powder. Add the powder to a bowl of minced beef. Also, add in red chili flakes, garam masala, finely chopped coriander leaves, green onions, and chilies, minced garlic, and yellow or red onions.

2
Done

Next, take 1 tomato, remove its inner flesh and cut it into small pieces. Mix everything together so that the ingredients do not fall off while frying. Add salt to taste and combine well. Keep it aside.

3
Done

Now, heat enough oil in a pan for frying. Take a small amount of beef mixture in your hand, create balls and press flat gently. Likewise, do it for the remaining mixture. Fry them one by one in oil until golden brown on one side.

4
Done

Flip over and fry the other side over medium heat. Once the chapli kabab is done, place it over a paper towel on a plate to soak excess oil.

5
Done

Now, clean the pan and fry another chapli kabab in fresh oil. Repeat the process until done.
Serve them hot with salad and herbs.
