Ingredients

2 Green Peppers
1 Red Pepper
1 ½ Red Onion
4 Garlic Cloves
A Bunch of Coriander Leaves
A Few Chillies
2 cm. Sliced Ginger
2 Kgs. or 4.4 Lbs. of Goat Ribs
1 Tbsp. Cumin Powder
1 Tbsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Red Chili Flakes
½ Tbsps. White Powder

First, roughly chop off the red and green peppers vertically, red onions and coriander leaves, and blend it in a blender until it smoothens.

Next, take 2 kilos or 4.4 pounds of goat ribs in a bowl and pour the blended mixture into it.

To this, add 1 tablespoon of cumin powder, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of red chilli flakes for seasoning. Mix all the spices well with the goat ribs and allow it to set. Keep it overnight.

Next day, pierce the mutton pieces with seek one by one.

Once done, barbecue the kababs as long as they change their colour to golden brown and sizzles up. Pair the kababs with butter naan and enjoy!
